Oyo mother sells one-month-old baby for N2m
Police in Oyo State rescued a one-month-old baby girl who was sold for N2 million and arrested her 23-year-old mother Cecilia Amos plus the 40-year-old owner of the health centre where she was born, Dr Adeleke Ebenezer. The mother confessed that Ebenezer and another man lured her into the sale; she received N1 million while each man got N500,000, and police are still hunting the buyer and the third suspect.
