Defection: Court dismisses suit seeking Kaduna lawmaker’s sack
A Federal High Court in Abuja dismissed a suit by the PDP seeking to sack Hussaini Jallo, the lawmaker for Igabi Federal Constituency in Kaduna State, over his alleged defection from PDP to APC. The judge ruled that the PDP failed to provide credible evidence that Jallo had defected.
