Zamfara North: Court upholds order for fresh APC primary
The Court of Appeal in Sokoto dismissed Senator Sahabi Ya’u Kaura's appeal and upheld the Federal High Court judgement ordering a fresh APC senatorial primary for Zamfara North. This followed Dr Sani Abdullahi Shinkafi's suit alleging the original primary was not conducted properly and had irregularities, violating APC rules.
