Court nullifies Uzodimma's ticket, orders INEC to recognise Okorocha

A Federal High Court in Abuja nullified Governor Hope Uzodimma's recognition as the APC candidate for the Imo West Senatorial District in the 2027 elections. The court declared Rochas Okorocha the lawful winner of the May 18 2026 primary, ordered INEC to publish Okorocha's name instead and restrained Uzodimma from parading as the candidate.
