2027: Ogun Igbo group backs Tinubu, Yayi
The Ohanaeze Ndigbo in Ogun State endorsed President Bola Tinubu for the 2027 presidential election and Senator Solomon Adeola (Yayi) for the Ogun governorship. The group also conferred a chieftaincy title on Adeola and cited his contributions to road construction, market infrastructure, and addressing the marginalisation of Ogun West.
