How to check your JAMB UTME result and admission status

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) releases UTME results and handles admissions through its Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS).
What you need
- The phone number you used to register for the UTME
- Your JAMB e-Facility login (email and password) for CAPS
Steps
- Make sure the phone number linked to your JAMB registration has airtime (at least ₦50 is advised).
- Send UTMERESULT, all in capital letters, to 55019 from that phone number. Your score is sent back by SMS.
- To check admission, log in to the JAMB e-Facility portal and open CAPS (Check Admission Status).
- If your school has offered you admission, accept or reject it on CAPS. Do not ignore an offer you want.
- Print your result slip and admission letter from the JAMB portal when printing is enabled.
